How Do I Return An Item?
If you receive a shortage, incomplete items, or if a product arrives broken or faulty, simply give us a call on 0116 2872774 or email us info@wilsonstoys.co.uk and we will resolve the situation.
We will arrange our couriers UK Mail to collect the items. Your collection will be made on behalf of Wilsons Toys by UK Mail. The Customer service team will book a collection of your parcel while you are on the phone.If you request an exchange of items your items will be swapped at the same time.
