How Do I Return An Item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us within 7 days of receipt, so we can arrange collection and refund.
Returned items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. We will issue a full refund on receipt of the goods, excluding the original cost of delivery.
If you are returning something because of an error on our part or because it's damaged / faulty, we will refund the total cost of the item / items including delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and cover the cost of the return postage.
Please allow at least 7 working days for any refunds to be processed.
