How long does my order normally take to get to me?
We aim to deliver your order [if placed before 3pm Mon-Thur] on the next working day where possible. From time to time your order maybe delayed up to 3 working days due to the workload of the warehouse.

How much does the shipping cost?

We have all seen the confusing websites where they charge by the weight or have 5 different prices depending on how much you spend.
At Wilson's Toys we have kept it simple. Under £50 we charge £5.99 above £50.00 is free.

What happens if I am not in tomorrow?
Don't worry if you supply us with a mobile phone number during check out we will send you a text telling you when your order will be coming to you and if this is not suitable simply text back. You can also place a note in the order notes, so our warehouse team knows to add it to tomorrow’s collection.

I have had a card from UK Mail / Parcel Force?
Just follow the instructions on the card to arrange a redelivery
I need my order tomorrow and it is after 4.PM?
Give us a call on 0116 2872774 we may be able to help. Sadly there may be a surcharge for this.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes, it's the best way for us to know if you have received the goods safely.

How Do I Return An Item?
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us within 7 days of receipt, so we can arrange collection and refund.
  • Returned items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. We will issue a full refund on receipt of the goods, excluding the original cost of delivery.
  • If you are returning something because of an error on our part or because it’s damaged / faulty, we will refund the total cost of the item / items including delivery charges incurred, in sending the item to you and cover the cost of the return postage..
Please allow at least 7 working days for any refunds to be processed.
