How long does my order normally take to get to me?
We aim to deliver your order on the next working day where possible. From time to time your order maybe delayed up to 3 working days due to the workload of the warehouse or delays with the carriers. Please leave a mobile number if possible so the carriers can update you when you parcel in going to be delivered.
How much does the shipping cost?
We have all seen the confusing websites where they charge by the weight or have 5 different prices depending on how much you spend.
At Wilson's Toys we have kept it simple. Under £50 we charge £5.99 above £50.00 is free.
What happens if I am not in tomorrow?
You can place a note in the order notes, so our warehouse team knows to more delivery to a more suitable delivery day.

Just follow the instructions on the card to arrange a redelivery

How Do I Return An Item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us within 7 days of receipt, so we can arrange collection and refund.
Returned items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. We will issue a full refund on receipt of the goods, excluding the original cost of delivery.
If you are returning something because of an error on our part or because it’s damaged / faulty, we will refund the total cost of the item / items including delivery charges incurred, in sending the item to you and cover the cost of the return postage..
Please allow at least 7 working days for any refunds to be processed.
